These sidesteps not only look great but are extremely practical too. They enable you to reach a roof rack and/or roof box far more easily on your Discovery 5. The sidesteps are perfect for families with children and for people that are infirm as access is gained more comfortably to your vehicle. Having sidesteps fitted to your Land Rover also helps to protect your clothing from any mud on your car. NON ARRIVAL OF GOODS
Royal Mail state that you must wait 15 working days before completing a lost post form. Therefore we will not consider an item lost until 15 working days have past before sending a replacement.

Courier items not received; please contact us within 48 hours of order.

Deliveries by post or by courier into Europe or Internationally can take much longer. Please contact us before purchase, so check on approximate delivery time.

Export Quotations:
We offer a full global export service by Sea, Air or Road. We can also provide certified export paperwork.
Please enquire if you require your items sent internationally.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
The Customer shall be solely liable for the cost of delivery when placing the order.

Delivery in UK should be up to five working days Monday to Friday and every effort is made for next day delivery but this cannot be guaranteed. Orders should reach us by 13.00 hours for goods to be dispatched on the same day Monday to Friday.
Deliveries on Saturdays are subject to a surcharge. Suggested delivery dates and promises of delivery are made in good faith and every effort will be made to keep to delivery dates given but time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and
MPS TRADING shall not be liable for any loss or any damages whatsoever whether direct or indirect (including for the avoidance of doubt any liability to any third party) resulting from a delay in delivery, damage in transit or failure to deliver or provide
the deliverables in a reasonable time whether such delay, damage or failure is caused by the MPS TRADING’s negligence or otherwise. Delays in dispatch will be notified immediately.

Upon receipt of the goods, a reasonable inspection must be made at the time and point of delivery. Any delivery signed for by the Customer or their agent as being in good condition cannot subsequently be the subject of a claim against MPS TRADING for damage, shortage or loss in transit. In the event of a parcel being received by the Customer in a damaged condition, the Carriers proof of delivery should be endorsed with the words “DAMAGED” or “MISSING PARCEL” (where there is more than one parcel in the consignment and one or more are not delivered).

MPS TRADING does not accept responsibility for any damage, shortage or loss in transit unless notification is given immediately by telephone followed in writing by e-mail, fax or letter within 24 hours after the day of delivery.

Any claim for total non-delivery for any of the items must be made to MPS TRADING within seven working days of the intended date of dispatch. 

Should the Customer fail to take delivery of the items within 14 days of expected delivery MPS TRADING may, at its discretion, make an additional charge, or treat the contract as repudiated.


PAYMENT

All major credit and debit cards accepted through Paypal Pro via website.
We do not accept card payments over the phone.  
International purchases may require payment by Bank Transfer, details available upon request.

Returns Policy

Returns of unwanted goods accepted providing they are returned in new unused condition and in original packaging within 14 days from receipt. The customer will be responsible for the return of the item and suggest a recorded delivery method for proof of return. No Returns after 14 days from receipt.

Return postage costs are at the buyers expense and we will refund excluding our original outward post or carrier shipping costs. Any item returned that arrives damaged or in unsaleable condition we will inform with photographic evidence and unfortunately be unable to offer any refund.
